“Before I started with Bootcamps I only ran and trained for half-marathons 3-4 times a week. When my girlfriend suggested to give Mandy’s bootcamps a try I was hesitant at first, but now, after several months training with Mandy, I can say that I don’t regret it one bit.
One big reason for us to go three times a week is that Mandy is the best trainer you can imagine. The exercises are challenging, but not repetitive: You never know what the next training looks like. She pushes you to give your everything but doesn’t act like a drill sergeant. (Trust me, there are a lot of trainers that are that way.) She has a lot of experience and really helps you to get to the next level. But most of all, she is probably the happiest person you ever meet, always in a good mood, and this is really contagious.
We go to three different types of trainings: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), general bootcamp, and also a Duo session for just the two of us. Mandy offers a variety of different workouts. There is something for everyone.
My recommendation: Give it a try, new people are always welcome to the group, it’s fun and you’ll see/feel the progress in no time. See you there the next time!”
